Work as a volunteer in Australia
It is possible to travel to Australia on an eVisitor visa and work there as a volunteer, as long as the main purpose of the trip is tourism. Holders may be entitled to free accommodation and meals, but not to a fixed hourly wage. However, they are entitled to receive an allowance for personal expenses or for pocket money. If they wish to receive a salary, they must apply for a visa, either the Work and Holiday or the Working Holiday.
